Renters Reviews and Ratings
Horrible Experience
April 3, 2024I don't want to make this review too long, but I'm not even sure where to start. First of all, the tenants in these apartments have gotten very bad recently. It used to be a nice and safe place, but it is now much more unsafe and the people there have become far less friendly. The apartment does NOT do background checks, so keep that in mind. Also, the management does not care for its tenants AT ALL. We had a major safety issue/concern with the tenants directly next to us, and management had ...absolutely no regard for our safety or care. We had lived there for over a year, and after these tenants had only been moved in for 5 months we received verbal attacks and blatant aggression that management completely ignored. We got the police involved (they had been called about these same neighbors over 4 times by other tenants!) and even after a report was filed, the apartment did not evict them NOR DID THEY LET US BREAK OUR LEASE. We lost almost $3000 in termination fees even though the situation was not at all our fault and our safety was at stake! We asked multiple times if our termination fee could be waved due to the neighbors threatening behavior and they did not care for our safety at all. Please be very cautious renting from here! Management doesn't care if you are in danger and would rather have dangerous tenants than make the place safe.Property Manager Responded
