This has been a great place to live. 4 years in and I’m sad to be leaving. Fernando has been great, the office staff has been great. Minimal noise (minus the street). If I come back to Utah, I’d look into re-renting here!

We have really enjoyed living at Hampton Place apartments. Though it is apartment living, it really doesn't feel like it. The layouts of the apartments make it feel like a home and it has been so cozy for us. Our neighbors are all so kind and it is quiet here, even being by Redwood Road. The staff has been so kind and understanding to us during harder months and the maintenance is so kind, quick, and efficient. We feel like we have space and privacy. So grateful.

Hampton has been a great place to live! The staff are amazing and maintain is always on top of things. The neighborhood is filled with great friendly neighbors and kids of all ages for families to hang out with. We love the playground and swimming pool.

Love it here quite area and amazing staff!! Love how updated the apartments are wish water pressure was a bit better in the shower though. All around good choice if your looking for a place rent a little high but worth the perks that come with it

Overall, it has been a decent place to live. I have had a few issues with my apartment, but they have gotten fixed relatively quickly. The street noise is not ideal, but the neighbors are quiet and I do not have any problems with them!

love the space and floor plan. Front off is very friendly. The only annoyance i have is that the heater/ac can be a bit loud when it turns on while i'm watching tv.

The staff is great to work with although usually super busy. Maintenance comes with in 24 hours if not the same day. When something is broken they actively work on getting it fixed. The apartments are nice and spacious and the community is wonderful.

We’ve lived here for roughly 6 months and it’s the best place we’ve landed at. It’s so quiet here, the community is kind and peaceful. Next to a good grocery store and yummy restaurants. All of the staff are very sweet and accommodating.
