I have had an amazing experience so far living here. The environment is always clean, the maintenance crew are just wonderful- they respond to maintenance requests swiftly, tackle the problem and follow up to make sure the issue is completely solved. My personal favorite is the management team. Those guys (ladies) are just phenomenal. Their smiles and warm attitude makes you feel very comfortable and easy to talk to. They are polite, accommodating and friendly.

Apartments are nice but heater and AC are too loud. Maintenance is great and responsive. Would love if they had recycling options but other than that, all good so far.

10/10 place to live. Great office staff, friendly maintenance, relatively quiet neighborhood. Issues are taken care of quickly.. I’ve tried to leave for 2 years now and they keep finding ways to keep me around. Would recommend as a place to live!

Great place! Super nice and always clean! Our favorite is the year a round hot tub and can’t forget swimming In the summer time!! The gym is nice too love that it’s always clean!

We have enjoyed being at Hampton Place! Our daughter loves the pool and the friendly atmosphere. We have has a few issues with the apartment but it was quickly fixed once the request was placed.
