Not worth it
December 20, 2020Thought this would be great, looks nice when touring property. Two story buildings are tiny and no storage. These units also have very thin walls and cigarette and pot smoke permeate other units. Pot smoke can be smelled throughout the parking lots at night. Trash piles in front of compacted seven days a week. No pet waste station on property so you have to take your dog through trash to throw away waste. Utilities are worse here than I have had anywhere.Review from Apartments.com

January 13, 2018I lived at Hampton Village for about three years and have nothing but wonderful things to say! From when we first moved in, until it was time time for us to move out, the staff was unbelievably helpful. We never had any issues with our neighbors, interior of the apartment or exterior. Parking was never a problem. The location for us was so perfect, less than 1 mile away there is a shopping center with just about everything! Great access to US 1 and highway 96. If we ever had an issue with ...maintenance, they’d almost always have someone there the same day!
