Not worth it
March 20, 2022Management often refuses to ignore emails and instead will call you so there’s no record, they then go back on their words and act confused when you say something about it. There are always people who don’t live here roaming the halls, knocking on doors, and occasionally trying to enter multiple people’s apartments. There’s no street parking, unless you want to repair your windows multiple times a month and parking is $250. April 1, 2022Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience has been anything less than 5-Stars and do apologize for any frustration you have experienced. Street parking is managed by the city, and HANA offers parking at a competitive rate, however, there is a limited number of spaces available. We will also be rolling out new measures in the community, such as a stand-alone courtesy patrol officer on-site all day on Saturdays and offering other local parking opportunities at neighboring lots to residents and prospects. Unfortunately, the HANA office has not been fully staffed, but we are excited to share that the two open positions in the office have been filled, and we will have new team members starting soon.
