Disappointing

Have lived here for about 6 years now and have watched the quality tank in real time. Seems to have been a management change within the past couple years (you can see the last positive reviews are from two years ago lol). There are trash, rats, and rat traps everywhere. Appliances are outdated and frequently break resulting in safety hazards r/t the fridge not shutting properly and food spoiling, broken parts in the dryer leading to fire hazards, and exposed rusty nails throughout the apartment ...
(last year, both our kids had to get tetanus shots because of getting cut by the exposed nails). Parking is always overcrowded and even though we pay for two spots every month, we end up having to park 30 houses down. The gym equipment is broken and not worth the money of a membership. Kids are running around everywhere and in places where they are not permitted--such as the indoor and outdoor gym areas--which is both dangerous and irritating. Rent is raised yearly despite diminishing quality of living. Actively and desperately looking for another place to live because we are so disappointed here. For the price, find yourself someplace better :)
