Spend over $200 in non-reimbursable application fees and next day they stopped answering the phone. They don´t answer emails, messages, nothing. Other apartments application fees in the area are about $50 with more renovated facilities, so I´m applying somewhere else.

I have only been living here for 2 1/2 months and my AC has broken 3 times, coincidently every month around the 9th.. The 4th day of me living there, my water heater broke. The management does nothing to help, doesn't answer emails or phone calls. When you put a work order request in, they take 5 days to fix anything. They tell you the work order was complete and then you go home and its not. They have changed property management twice since I filled the application out in March, which should say ...
something. Do not move into the community, you will regret it. I read these reviews too and thought I would give it a chance, but the reviews are not wrong. It has a 2.6 rating for a reason.
