August 13, 2020I have lived here 4 years..The management is very good Leasing agents are allways helpfull..If something breaks in aparmentt they fix the problem asap..compare rent around this area and Kings gate is fair on what they charge for rent...and far less then other Apartment complexes...Review from Apartments.com
Good Place to Live
October 18, 2018I have been here for two years and like the complex. The team is very responsive if you have an issue. The apartments have plenty of room. The only real negative is the plumbing is a bit noisy.Property Manager Responded

1 year of living here was too long!
June 11, 2017Walls are paper thin you can hear every conversation that's takes place in your neighbors apartment. They nickel and dime you on everything. Expect to pay more then they advertise. Pipes and pumbling are so old that you can hear a horrible sqeeling noise every time your neighbors turn on water to take shower. Before you rent check out the awful hallways with carpeting from 1970s. They have no plans to update or change the carpeting in the hallways. The positive they are dog friendly and smoke ...friendly. If allergic to smoke stay away it seeps into the apartments through the vents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
