He was personable, approachable, and had a great sense of humor that put me at ease. RJ was also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly and making sure I had all the information I needed.   • Great leasing office, but poor document handling by management

    We had a mixed experience with the application process. The leasing office team itself was absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and very pleasant to work with. However, the people above them, who seem to handle the document verification and approval, were unfortunately quite unprofessional and lacked basic understanding when it came to reviewing submitted documents. They accepted bank statements without any issues, but when it came to our payroll documents, they said they "couldn't ...
    understand the file" — instead of asking for a new upload or providing a working link, they simply gave up. We even offered to provide secure access through official payroll accounts (like Safe Account), but they refused to accept it. Overall, it's frustrating that the higher-level processing team isn't as competent as the lovely staff in the leasing office. Hopefully, the management can improve this part of the process in the future.

    I currently have lived in Hanover for 8 months and the entire staff has assisted me with my random questions. Also they have allowed the process of being a new apartment renter 10 times easier. I love the staff and I consider them a family. I still to this day recommend this apartment due to the area and the staff.

  • Amazing property and staff

    I lived in Hanover Laguna and loved it. We had to move for work but believe me I would have stayed if I could. Property Manager Tori and Maintenance supervisor Adrian are top tier and the rest of the staff is just as great. The location can’t be beat with so much all around. Anytime I had even the smallest issue, they were on top of it and handled it swiftly and accurately. I truly miss living there!
