Love my apartment
July 9, 2025I moved in in 2024 and love my unit. I've had no issues with maintenance. I'd love some more equipment in the gym and miss St Kilda cafe but everything else has been great. The character of my unit with the exposed brick and wood beams is awesome.Review from Apartments.com

April 30, 2024When Knapp was the property management things were good but since selling to LivLavender things have taken a turn. There is no longer ANY manager on site so good luck trying to contact anyone about anything, they are less than helpful.Review from Apartments.com
