Amazing place to live, i just renewd my lease. The city view is priceless. Only thing people should mind more their business but i guess is part of living in a condo. That said is still remain a really good place next to city but away from her noice and traffic.

I’ve been a resident for several years, and unfortunately, the experience with building management has been consistently disappointing. Issues are rarely resolved in a timely or effective manner, and in many cases, they are not addressed at all. Over the past seven years, there has been a clear pattern—concerns are often met with defensiveness rather than accountability, and management tends to tiptoe around problems instead of taking ownership and driving solutions. As a resident, it’s ...

frustrating to repeatedly raise issues without seeing meaningful action or follow-through. Currently, there are multiple ongoing problems throughout the building that continue to go unaddressed, which only reinforces the lack of responsiveness and urgency from management. At a minimum, residents expect clear communication, accountability, and resolution of basic concerns—none of which have been consistently delivered here.

Common areas are clean, and the building amenities are a nice bonus without feeling overcrowded. The apartment itself is modern and functional, with good natural light and decent sound insulation. The apartment is great, the location is awesome. We are only using gym facility, and it definitely can be taken care of better than it is right now. Yoga room (and mats there) are dirty, plus people are not returning the equipment after using it. The reception people are polite, definitely appreciate that. Maintenance comes quickly, but we had a problem with a dishwasher and every time they come and say it’s fixed now (the dishes are wet after the cycle) and every time it’s not. In general, all ...
