June 4, 2017I have been here for almost 2 years and have never had a problem with either neighbors nor getting anything fixed/replaced. The management is very attentive and so are all their employees. The neighborhood itself is quite charming surrounded by families on their bikes, with the kids or simply walking their dogs. It's as if you are turning the clock back in time to a more simple era. I have a beautiful corner 2nd floor apt with 2 bedrooms and am planning to hopefully move into a 1st floor, 2 ...bedroom so I can enjoy having a small garden in my cozy patio. As far as the school is concerned, it is "A" rated and the owners Wells Brothers who own this property are generous to a fault. They give every school year new book bags with school supplies to wish the best to the kids and the fact they hold Halloween parties, Easter and Christmas celebration for the kids is just another way these heart filled folks are to the families that live here. SLUM LORD AT IT'S FINEIST
December 5, 2015What a dump period!!!!!!!!!!! It took two weeks just to get my toilet fixed the office staff was changing all the time the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing not to mention the drugs dealers all over the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They just don't want good tenants. I looked into moving at the palm east across the street just as bad just a little cleaner but owned by the same company. If you are on drugs this or a dealer this is the place for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded
