Worst place
January 9, 2023If you love paying money to be woken up at 8am this place has your back they will leaf blow outside your window for hours. very inconsiderate. after asking management they lie to you saying they will move up the times and continue. So if you have kids, or hold business meeting from home, or work nights this place will make sure doing these is very difficult for you worst place.Review from Apartments.com
Unsatisfied With Property Staff
March 23, 2021I loved my apartment but the property staff made living there a complete nightmare. They messed up my rent at one point, admitted it was their fault, then threatened to evict me when I questioned why I was being charged late fees. They don't respond promptly to maintenance requests, like the time my fire alarm started going off at 5 pm and they wanted to wait and fix it the next day, and are generally rude and unconcerned with you unless they need your rent payment. July 21, 2015I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about Harbor Cove. My roommate and I have lived here for a year and a half and we have had little to no issues. The maintenance is always here when we need them whether it is a glass in our disposal or a squirrel in our air ducks. Management is so delightful and alway ready to help no matter what. We are in building nine which is backed up against the woods it's beautiful and so peaceful we get to sleep with no interruptions. Valet trash is a god ...send. There are no other apartments in this area for the price location and with valet trash it's a huge plus. We get our occasional raccoon friend but they are so cute you can't help but ignore when they tear up your trash. The two bed two bath we have is huge. Arched walk way nice and open floor plan. Different options to choose from such as concert carpet and wood flooring. Washer and dryer in every unit. I LOVE IT HERE My roommate and I will be going separate ways in January and It's hard to find somewhere as good as here.. I will most likely sign again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
