I'm very new to the neighborhood and my experience has been great! The staff are wonderful and every person I've met living here is nice too. If there is a problem (which there hasn't been but a couple) but when there is... it's addressed like right away. I'm super pleased to be here!!

Overall, the community is nice and peaceful. Staff is pleasant to deal with. Complaints are that there are roaches that will not go away no matter how many traps we lay out or work orders we put in. Our downstairs neighbors are also cigarette smokers, and so our screened in porch always smell like cigarette smoke and we cannot enjoy our outdoor space.

So far it is great, the staff are very good and friendly. They come when you call them and they organize nice events for the residents. I have been living here for a year already and I have nothing so far to complain about, and they keep up to date when they are doing something.

I really loved the apartments when I moved in. Unfortunately the community is going down hill. More trash. Less communication from staff. Even some rude staff because she gets overwhelmed easily. I do appreciate my unit and maintenance team.
