September 12, 2025Overall, the community is nice and peaceful. Staff is pleasant to deal with. Complaints are that there are roaches that will not go away no matter how many traps we lay out or work orders we put in. Our downstairs neighbors are also cigarette smokers, and so our screened in porch always smell like cigarette smoke and we cannot enjoy our outdoor space.Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2025I really loved the apartments when I moved in. Unfortunately the community is going down hill. More trash. Less communication from staff. Even some rude staff because she gets overwhelmed easily. I do appreciate my unit and maintenance team.Property Manager Responded
