    The women behind the phones and emails are very unpleasant to work with. Their attitudes ultimately helped us decide to move elsewhere and avoid Harbor Hills and Sentinel Management at all costs.

  • Great Location, Spacious Apartments, Upgraded Applicances

    My wife, two dogs and I have been living in Harbor Hill Apartments for several months now and enjoy the excellent location (right across the street from historic Federal Hill Park and walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in Baltimore). In addition to its location, the newly renovated building offers upgraded appliances, secured parking, dry cleaning services and in-unit washer and dryer. The staff is friendly and the building and grounds are well maintained. I would highly ...
