Move in process
October 9, 2025The move in process was pretty easy. The leasing office explained all the rules and regulations for the property and gave me handouts for commonly asked questions or concerns. Additionally, the city of Waukegan requires a permit to park so I’m glad they told me about that in advance so I wouldn’t get a ticket !Property Manager Responded

Don’t trust on pictures
February 22, 2023We live there for 1 year, we think we will have a bigger place for all the pictures tat we saw in the website but I was really small, and we stay there but then at the second month of rent they raised up the rent and it was kind of unfair.
