Move in process
October 9, 2025The move in process was pretty easy. The leasing office explained all the rules and regulations for the property and gave me handouts for commonly asked questions or concerns. Additionally, the city of Waukegan requires a permit to park so I’m glad they told me about that in advance so I wouldn’t get a ticket !Property Manager Responded

Don’t trust on pictures
February 22, 2023We live there for 1 year, we think we will have a bigger place for all the pictures tat we saw in the website but I was really small, and we stay there but then at the second month of rent they raised up the rent and it was kind of unfair. Management
January 24, 2022Management is terrible. They have prices set in the lease and then as you’re moving out they up the charges! The also say they’ve “contacted” you but I never seen a phone call/ voicemail/ or an email. Had a leakage and maintenance came by and tore a hole in the ceiling and never came to fix it so now I’m being charged to cover it up. When it wasn’t even my fault. Shootings right at my window. The pest control they hire don’t even do they’re jobs! And they come monthly to ONLY ask “is there any ...bugs” and just walk around you’re apartment looking around as if to report back to the office. I’m sorry if I pay rent, you shouldn’t be reporting anything that’s not your business to assume and not breaking lease. My house was clean but since I was having a virtual baby shower I had so many gifts unopened and they reported that my apartment was “dirty” and they knew well I was pregnant and knew I picked up packages everyday. And tried to charge me $200. Constant scammers coming to your door, from “ComEd” but really just collecting your information and they just keep harassing since the office unlocks building door for them.Property Manager Responded
