It was a great experience living in the harbour lake apartment waukegan, start from the scratch to end of lease it was so smooth, nice and clean community , maintenance staff always busy working to keep it clean and meet the requirements office staff Robin and swemu are very professional they make things so easy for tenants I highly recommend this community to live !!!!

Move in process

The move in process was pretty easy. The leasing office explained all the rules and regulations for the property and gave me handouts for commonly asked questions or concerns. Additionally, the city of Waukegan requires a permit to park so I’m glad they told me about that in advance so I wouldn’t get a ticket !

Don’t trust on pictures

We live there for 1 year, we think we will have a bigger place for all the pictures tat we saw in the website but I was really small, and we stay there but then at the second month of rent they raised up the rent and it was kind of unfair. Also the hallway always was sticky. But all the stuff was really nice.
