April 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe office never returns phone calls and neither does the maintenance crew. Well, the maintenance crew has called us but they also often don’t return calls. The maintenance crew doesn’t like to make appointments and we like to be home when someone is in our space. The noise from outside, especially the car racing is an increasing issue. The construction is a big headache and we have constant issues with subs trucks blocking our cars. We want to move due to noise and poor management.

In 2025 I received a letter saying my family and I name came up on the waitlist. I was surprised because I had forgotten about it. Now my family and I have a 3bedroom 2 bath apartment. The amenities are limited and not well maintained, the laundry facilities are outdated and unreliable, and management is not always helpful or responsive when problems come up. Maintenance requests can take longer than expected, and parking is often a challenge.
