Everything has Been great ,except my loud neighbors on top of me .they are very disturbing , they play loud music early mornings . They walk extremely hard and had no respect for anyone . Also the gates need a lock on it , people shouldn’t just be-able to come in here .

I will give this place three stars because my experience with the office staff and maintenance has been excellent. However, the community itself has not been well-maintained. Several residents have littered the stairways and other common areas. With the ongoing construction, the situation feels chaotic. The community lacks aesthetic appeal, and management does not enforce the community rules, which has led to further deterioration of the property by residents and their children. Parking has ...

great place to raise you children everyone is friendly well at least we all speak to one another I don’t know my neighbors but they say hi and everyone minds their business only thing I miss was the park that was tore down we have a beautiful swimming pool kids can swim when it’s hot and another thing I wish we had AC but other than that it’s quiet place I feel safe when I get off at night we have security and my condo is beautiful and cozy I plan on living here I wish I could rent to own

The office never returns phone calls and neither does the maintenance crew. Well, the maintenance crew has called us but they also often don’t return calls. The maintenance crew doesn’t like to make appointments and we like to be home when someone is in our space. The noise from outside, especially the car racing is an increasing issue. The construction is a big headache and we have constant issues with subs trucks blocking our cars. We want to move due to noise and poor management.

Very peaceful, love the size and layout of the apartments! My dream kitchen and I love that i can close the door between the main living area and the bedrooms. I wish the advertised dog park and BBQ redident area was available, but there is new construction going on, and I will be happy when its back up and running!

Been here for 10 years don’t see myself moving anytime soon it’s very peaceful. The neighbors are nice so are the people who work in the office. And the addition of the pool. Was long overdue. I recommend anyone I know to move in here.
