January 18, 2026First time ever knowing about the apartments in 2023 when I applied for them. In 2025 I received a letter saying my family and I name came up on the waitlist. August 29, 2025While the apartment complex has a convenient location and a safe community, the negatives often outweigh the positives. The amenities are limited and not well maintained, the laundry facilities are outdated and unreliable, and management is not always helpful or responsive when problems come up. Maintenance requests can take longer than expected, and parking is often a challenge. Overall, although the complex provides a place to live, it falls short in several key areas that make day-to-day ...living more difficult than it should be.Property Manager Responded
