August 29, 2025While the apartment complex has a convenient location and a safe community, the negatives often outweigh the positives. The amenities are limited and not well maintained, the laundry facilities are outdated and unreliable, and management is not always helpful or responsive when problems come up. Maintenance requests can take longer than expected, and parking is often a challenge. May 28, 2025The apartments are cool, but we all don’t have a washing machine some units. Don’t I feel like the two bedroom should have a washing machine because I have a little baby and it’s hard to wash her because some of the washing machine machines are always broke the washing machine stinks very badly or locked and they’re not unlocked on time. I have to go to the office to tell them to unlock the Wash house. It’s just so much that needs to be done.Property Manager Responded
