Horrible Management

The Management here is rude and Cares nothing about the property or current residents. Once you move in they stop being nice and just treat you like another complaining resident. The amenities are not worth it at all, the pool was closed most of the summer for cobb county deeming it unsanitary and saying it wasn’t safe for residents to swim in. They advertise a gated community but the gates stay open all day and night and the management just says they are “working on it” for months. My apartment ...
had a flea infestation when I moved in. The dumpster overflows every weekend and other residents including my self are just forced to pile up our trash next to the dumpster in the roadway. The Property manager is always rude and never gives any sympathy to anyones problems. Save yourself the Headache and Move someplace else.
