Request to clean HP1 entry rug Maintenance person came to get the rug for cleaning and I saw them scrubbing it with a broom, but that was a week ago and it hasn’t been returned.

Very Responsive & Helpful Had wet patches of bedroom carpet, due to leaking dehumidifier. Richard assessed the situation, assured me it was not severe, and recommended a spot clean by a carpet cleaning crew. The crew not only did the spot clean but, at Richard’s direction, also took time to go over the high-traffic area between the bathroom and front door of the unit.
