March 1, 2026Very Responsive & Helpful Had wet patches of bedroom carpet, due to leaking dehumidifier. Richard assessed the situation, assured me it was not severe, and recommended a spot clean by a carpet cleaning crew. The crew not only did the spot clean but, at Richard’s direction, also took time to go over the high-traffic area between the bathroom and front door of the unit. Richard is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I should also mention they the person that the person that took my ...maintenance call (Keith?) was also professional and polite.
