community is excellent and provides a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing environment. The neighborhood is well-maintained, safe, and very welcoming, making it a great place to live. The amenities are beautiful and offer residents plenty of opportunities to enjoy their free time, whether it’s spending time outdoors, exercising, or simply relaxing. It's not for me. Poor quality apartments, cheap construction. Such large buildings, hallways are way too long, elevators always breaking down & fire alarms go off quite often for no reason. Pool is way too small for such a large complex, never an empty chair - you'll have to bring your own.

The shuttle service has gotten better with it running every 20 minutes. The package room still needs to be sorted properly. There also needs to be security in the building, especially overnight in the summer months.

I’ve been living in this community for over three years now. It’s really quiet and such a nice, pretty neighborhood. Whenever I need something fixed, the maintenance team comes and takes care of it super quickly. The area is very safe to live in, and the riverside scenery nearby is absolutely beautiful. The shuttle bus service here is also really good. It’s super convenient for daily commuting to work. I really love staying here.

I like the experience except the neighbors not curbing their pets or cleaning up after themselves when they spill food in the hallways. It also takes a while for them to fix things in your apartment.
