Love the new apartment! I like that maintenance staff is always around too - they were very nice & asking us what we thought of the apartment we moved into. The patio area I think is the best part of the apartment. Also the area is super nice, safe & low traffic. Glad we found this place!

My wife and I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment here, and we are absolutely loving it so far. First off, the apartment itself is fantastic. It's surprisingly spacious, very quiet, and the amenities are top-notch. Parking is a major highlight—having our garage attached directly to our floor is incredibly convenient. They even provide EV charging stations, which is a great modern touch. We truly love everything about the physical apartment and the building's features. The team here ...
deserves a special mention; they are just great people. I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Lesley from the leasing office. She was incredibly patient while we were in the process of picking our perfect apartment. She has been awesome, always responsive via email or phone whenever we had questions. We've also interacted with the maintenance team, including Ruben, Edward, and Darius. They have all been wonderful. Any minor issue we've reported through the online platform was checked and fixed ASAP.

Everything was fine until the day I lost my parcel from inside the building lobby.I noticed that near about 2-3thefts happened in recent time.I complained but nothing happened.I would like the community office to take the camera charges to themselves at least it can be a great help to the residents.

My apartment is lovely, the townhouse is amazing, the gym is up to par and the pool in the summer is beautiful. My only complaint is the staff at the front welcoming office. They are not friendly nor helpful , in many case rude. It’s quite shocking. You will have a great time here if you need absolutely nothing from the front office. Maintenance and site upkeep staff are phenomenal.

My time at Harbor Pointe hasn't changed we're settled, and happy to be here , the management has handled everything that I very had to bring to there attention, the remodeling turned out to be beautiful, the maintenance staff is experienced and always available, I am enjoying my home and my community, and the food trucks that come are a plus
