August 21, 2025Decent appartment with decent quality houses very adequate with the facilities the rent is a little steep and the extra charges can vary from $10 to $100 but overall experience is satisfactory obviously some improvements are indeed needed. Main issue: the shuttles fill up and quickly and the shuttle drivers at least one of them is sure reckless tho.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025We love Harbor Pointe location and accessibility to public transport. The local shopping is excellent. The maintenance staff is helpful and prompt. July 30, 2025While I love my actual apartment and rent prices the overall experience is not great. Management often ignores requests or placates without actually addressing the issues. The buses are falling apart, overcrowded in the evening, and always running late. The gym equipment is never in good shape and half unusable. The pool passes are useless and never checked so folks bring in more than the allotted guests and is always overran with children whom the parents don't bother to parent. Dogs poop in the ...hallways and when brought up to management nothing was done and no follow up to my concerns were had. When maintenance requests are put through more than half the time when maintenance shows up that person isn't equipped to handle my request and need to wait for a different person. The package lockers have been broken for weeks and there are always package thieves that steal if they are left on the shelves. Management again does nothing.
