April 15, 2026Our experience over the past few months during the ongoing repair work has been extremely inconvenient and disruptive as residents. The repeated repairs, inspections, and related activity have significantly affected our daily routine, comfort, and peace of mind. There have been frequent interruptions, uncertainty around schedules, and difficulty planning basic household activities because of the lack of consistency and prolonged nature of the work. Living in a space that is under constant repair ...for such an extended period has created unnecessary stress and discomfort. While we understand that maintenance and repairs are sometimes necessary, the overall process has been far more burdensome than expected. We have tried to remain patient and cooperative throughout, but the prolonged timeline and repeated disturbances have made the living experience challenging.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 1, 2026So far, so good. Almost 2 months in and im really happy with the move. Peaceful neighborhood, awesome amenities. I think packages should be delivered directly to peoples apartment doors instead of the way its done. But my living experience outside of that has been lovely.Property Manager Responded

February 11, 2026I love living at Harbor Pointe but there are a few hiccups. The new package system is not going well but some issues are caused by the delivery service. I have no problem with my FedEx delivery but the USPS delivery is not that great. Overall I still love my apartment and amenities. Longtime tenants should receive a big deduction on their renewal lease.Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2026I haven't received any referral bonus even after completing the required steps. I have lived here for about 6.5 years and referred at least 5 families who moved here and I have never received the bonus, neither did the tenants who moved here. Needs improvement in Service, amenity updates, clear communication, shuttle service upgrade and its frequency.Property Manager Responded
