February 11, 2026I love living at Harbor Pointe but there are a few hiccups. The new package system is not going well but some issues are caused by the delivery service. I have no problem with my FedEx delivery but the USPS delivery is not that great. Overall I still love my apartment and amenities. Longtime tenants should receive a big deduction on their renewal lease.Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2026I haven't received any referral bonus even after completing the required steps. I have lived here for about 6.5 years and referred at least 5 families who moved here and I have never received the bonus, neither did the tenants who moved here. Needs improvement in Service, amenity updates, clear communication, shuttle service upgrade and its frequency.Property Manager Responded

February 2, 2026I am genuinely happy living here and find it very convenient for my day to day life. The location is a big plus, with easy access to shops, transportation, and everything I need close by. The community feels calm and well maintained, and it’s a comfortable place to come home to after a long day. That said, there are a couple of areas where improvements could really elevate the experience. I wish the pool area would be upgraded, as it has great potential but feels a bit outdated. Additionally, ...more consistent and thorough snow removal during winter would make things safer and more enjoyable.
