Constant construction due to it being a very old complex, cheap and outdated finishes, horrible elevators (be prepared to wait a long time for an elevator), basically no security or secure entrance in 3/4 buildings (only one building has a concierge who keeps track of who comes and goes - in the other buildings anyone can get in behind a resident at the doors), huge water leak took out several floors of one of the towers recently (again old complex, so a lot of things go wrong), constant break ...
ins in the parking garage and water leaking in when it rains (this honestly scares me in terms of structural security of the complex). Completely overworked and understaffed management, leasing, security, and concierge staff. Not worth whatever you think you like about this complex! Plenty of nicer and better run buildings downtown.
