Walls are extremely thin!

Walls are super super thin! (You can literally hear your neighbors snoring!) Workers are super nosey and not friendly at all. Washer and dryers don't work half the time and quite expensive. You pay for amenities even when they shut down. I would never suggest this place to any friend or acquaintance.

We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy in our community. While some noise is expected in a high-rise living community this is the first we have heard that you can hear someone snoring. If you feel one of your neighbors is violating our noise policies we invite you to contact us so that we can address the situation. Please, also, report if you are having a problem with with the laundry facilities so that we can contact the vendor to correct the problem.
Unlike many communities, we do not charge a fee for our amenity areas. This is a free service to our residents and we do not feel it fair to charge for these services since not everyone uses them. At this time we are following the advice of all COVID-19 authorities, the CDC, WHO and the order from our Governor, and closing down our amenity areas. This is for the safety and the health of all of our residents and our staff. With all the events and activities we host, this is the last thing we wanted to do.

Me and my husband lived in the Harbor Tower Apartment for 8 months. We were so in love with the place, but had to moved out of town due to our jobs.. The management was great, the amenities were great, the front desk's people were friendly and how can we forget the great view we had. If I had relocate to P-town in future, Harbor Tower would be my choice again for sure. Its the best place to live in the area, period.

We moved in this past July and have absolutely loved living at Harbor Towers. There are so many postives that began right when we walked through the front door. Erin was so friendly and helped us find a perfect place. We love the pool, gym, billiards room, and common areas. You feel like you are living in a luxury hotel 24 hours a day. I lived in Harbor Tower Apartments in the late 80's and early 90's. I came back this year and I never plan to leave, I love it! After spending many years in Florida, I returned home to live here. The apartments are well kept, any maintenance work orders are immediately fixed and the Manager and staff are great. In addition, all apartments have interesting and fantastic views!

I can't tell you how great it is to be living at 1 Harbor Tower. It took my wife and me over four years to get the apartment we wanted. That just shows you how popular this location is and how many people are looking for a place to rent. Everything you could want is here, work out center, pool, BBQ, dog park, washer and dryers, the view of the river and quiet. I tell other people I know to stop by the rental office and take a tour.

Life doesn't get any better then living at Harbor Towers. The staff are warm and professional, especially Erin in the front office. I moved from Texas and she made the transition so easy. The concierge, doormen, and maintenance men are always welcoming. The apartments have all the amenities you could ask for; state of the art gym, sauna, pool table, business center, mail room, relaxation area, greeting room, out door pool, courtyard, a dog park, tennis court, etc. You name it, Harbor Towers ...
has it and the price isn't to expensive. The apartments is conveniently located close to downtown, the post office, Starbucks, a variety of church's, and old Town. Those are all in walking distance. You can catch the Ferry (which is next to the apartments)across the river to Waterside. Come and experience the beautiful view of the harbor from your apartment. I have a one bedroom which has a multiple of closets with lots of space. The apartment is spacious. Harbor Towers has elevators, one of which is large for moving. The also have a covered garage for parking. This is the life, I highly recommend you experience it.

My wife and I moved here back in April 2016 and we recently re-leased for another year, it was the best decision we've made! We absolutely love Harbor Tower! The location is ideal, it's centralized and everything is close, it's conveniently located next to the ferry stop and it has a private multi-level parking lot. They have a pool lounge where you can bring drinks and friends, a very nice gym with a sauna, a pool, valet attendant services, washers and dryers on every floor, a 24/7 business ...
center with fast computers and printers with faxing capabilities, mailbox with great mail services and much more. Other than the amenities, what I absolutely love about Harbor Tower is the staff. The maintenance crew, valet attendees, leasing office personnel and concierges have been so welcoming and helpful since Day One. They always greet us and asks how we are doing and if we need anything. They have gone above and beyond to help us with anything, no matter how big or small.
One quick and recent example was a couple of weeks ago. My wife is 29 weeks pregnant and a couple of weeks ago cigarette smoke and smell was coming in thru our apartment from our neighbors. My wife went down to the leasing office to complain and Erin was quick to take action. Within an hour she posted "No Smoking" signs on all the hallways of the 2 floors up and down from our apartment floor. She also sent a mass email to all the residents reminding them not to smoke inside the apartments. After that day, we haven't smelled any cigarette smoke inside our apartment. This is just one example of the many times that the staff of Harbor Tower have gone above and beyond to help us with anything.

My husband and I moved into Harbor Tower in July 2017. We could not be happier with the setup! We have a beautiful view of Craford Bay, Waterside, and the Elizabeth River. We have more space than we need at 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the price was better than every smaller apartment we saw in Norfolk or Portsmouth. The ferry stop right outside our door makes my commute to Norfolk easy and enjoyable. The staff at Harbor Tower -- from the leasing office to the concierge desk to the maintenance crew ...
-- are always approachable and responsive. We have not had any issues with management since we've been here. Plus, our neighbors are all quite friendly and the Olde Towne neighborhood is the best in Portsmouth.

I've been a resident for 4 months, and love it here. The staff is friendly and responsive, the apartment is spacious, the view is incredible, and I love that we're in the heart of Olde Towne and a ferry ride away from downtown Norfolk. My wife and I often spend evenings with the TV off just watching the boats in the harbor, so the view doesn't get old. Not planning on leaving any time soon.
