Walls are extremely thin!

Walls are super super thin! (You can literally hear your neighbors snoring!) Workers are super nosey and not friendly at all. Washer and dryers don't work half the time and quite expensive. You pay for amenities even when they shut down. I would never suggest this place to any friend or acquaintance.

We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy in our community. While some noise is expected in a high-rise living community this is the first we have heard that you can hear someone snoring. If you feel one of your neighbors is violating our noise policies we invite you to contact us so that we can address the situation. Please, also, report if you are having a problem with with the laundry facilities so that we can contact the vendor to correct the problem.
Unlike many communities, we do not charge a fee for our amenity areas. This is a free service to our residents and we do not feel it fair to charge for these services since not everyone uses them. At this time we are following the advice of all COVID-19 authorities, the CDC, WHO and the order from our Governor, and closing down our amenity areas. This is for the safety and the health of all of our residents and our staff. With all the events and activities we host, this is the last thing we wanted to do.
