Harborside Manor has been my home since 1999. Everything in my apartment makes for a very pleasant home. The staff does a great job taking care of their responsibilities. They are prompt and nice to deal with. The maintenance staff is attentive, and always comes to complete repairs with a "can do" attitude. My neighbors are nice folks. The property is safe, clean, and the flower beds in the summer are beautiful. The ladies in the office are kind, and always willing to help. I highly recommend ...

Dear Kayla and Staff at Harbor Side Manor, I would like to let you and your Staff know how much My Husband and I have enjoyed our 10 years at Harbor Side Manor. When we sold our House in 2008, We were lucky enough to find another 'Home' which has been a positive experience for us. Our 2 Bedroom Apartment is a good size for us, The Master Bedroom is large and our Balcony is amazing. Appreciation to the entire staff who are Wonderful and Friendly and are always willing to help us with any ...

concerns and We couldn't ask for more…and if We did they would be there! The grounds are always kept up nice and mowed every week and snow removal is always taken care of throughout the winter months. There is a playground and large swimming pool that our Grandson enjoys in the Summer which is always clean and safe for him and Everyone…In the Village there are many places to visit and Eat, but 2 of my Favorites are Heids and Onondaga Lake Parkway which are just down the Street from us. Since we moved here in 2008, there have been many renovations done to Exterior and Interior, which includes a Secure Entry for Tenants, which helps us to feel safe in our Apartment Building. I have lived at Harborside Manor for 35 years! My experience here has been wonderful! I will start with maintenance- through the years the service has been great. All the men and women I have had contact with are wonderful and are always willing to help me. The pool here this past year was kept up better than any of the past years! The entire complex is very clean, most buildings have been recently remodeled. The staff at the office is very considerate, understanding and professional. The maintenance staff however will barge into your apartment if you don't answer your door at times when things need to be fixed throughout the complex. Obviously to me and I'm assuming most people renting this is BEYOND a huge problem. Don't lock yourself into an overpriced apartment if you don't have to. You can easily pay $50- $100 more per ...
