Apartment in Decline

I hate to give this place a low rating but the problems are really starting to stack up. The actual apartments are great and the location in the Marina is perfect. But over the last year and a half, a lot has gone downhill. There have been numerous instances of theft and vandalism to the apartments, cars, and bikes. All of the surrounding apartments have consistent security... this building does not. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. Many residents, myself included, have had numerous ...
discussions with the apartment managers about adding security cameras, and security on site and no action is taken. These conversations have spanned over the last year.
They've cut back on cleaning the carpets in the hallways and it often takes days for trash to be removed from the lobbies. The pool chairs are falling apart and there are no umbrellas...meaning no shade by the pool. Responses to that from management have ranged from "It's been too windy to put up the umbrellas" to "The umbrellas are still in storage." These conversations have also spanned over the last year.
I hope these comments spark change. The apartments themselves are lovely but life at Harborside is on a downward path.
