August 1, 2023I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now, and it has gotten worse and worse every month. Since the day I signed my lease I was promised that they were working on getting our gates up and running so that our community would be safer. Three years later and they are still broken with no signs of even attempting to fix them. We also pay for our trash to picked up Sunday-Thursday. I would say that on a good week it gets picked up 4 times which means our trash sits outside all night and then we ...are expected to bring it back inside or receive a fine. This is most likely what leads to my next complaint: bugs. There is 0 preventative measures in place to prevent bug infestations which means that you are responsible for spraying your own apartment as well as lay out traps when it does become a problem (because it will). I will not be renewing my lease again and strongly urge you to look at other properties in this area before living here.Property Manager Responded

LOVE, LOVE, DOUBLE LOVE
February 1, 2022Harborstone is an AMAZING apartment complex! Adriana has been helpful every step of the way. I moved from Connecticut and every time I called and tried to get everything situated while still living in a different state Adriana was always so nice and helpful! She has been friendly and helpful from day one to now and I have lived here for 8 months. The amenities are amazing. I love going down to grill, laying by the beautiful resort style pool, and utilizing the car washing station. I especially ...love that our gym is 24/7, with my crazy work hours, it’s so nice to come home and still be able to use the gym no matter the time. And don’t even get me started on the inside of the apartment…. Absolutely beautiful! I love the luxury of the granite countertops and the beautiful appliances. The shower has to be my favorite with the huge tub to soak in after a long day and the fancy shower head with multiple places for the water to come out from. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone (and I have! (; ) If you want the feeling of a luxury resort with a positive, responsive, and friendly staff I recommend Harborstone apartments!Property Manager Responded
