      We've lived at Harborview for approximately 17 years. It's a wonderful community to be a part of. The neighbors, the pool and jacuzzi area, the gym, the maintenance staff --- these are just a few of the things that make Harborview a wonderful, comfortable place to live.

      We love it here at Harborview. It’s one of the only places in the area that actually had everything we were looking for: a washing machine, dryer, AC, hardwood floors, fireplace, gym, pool… it’s amazing!

      The process of viewing, applying, and leasing was a breeze. We saw the apartment and fell in love with the space. Not only that, but we were looking for in unit laundry and PARKING, we got both at this place. The parking was for sure a game changer, they give you TWO spots. So far, I'm enjoying living here. Even being by the pool and its starting to warm up, by like 9:00 pm, it's quiet outside. Such a nice change from the hustle and bustle of DTLB.

      Harborview is a great place nestled in San Pedro, it's conveniently located near almost any and everything. The community grounds are very pleasant and nature oriented with beautiful waterfalls and bridges throughout a surplus of incredible trees. The management and maintenance staff are on top of their game and are very prompt in addressing any issues you may come across. I highly recommend the Harborview community.
