Wonderful Apartment
April 2, 2025Been living here since 12/01/22 have 3bdroom with my kids. Also, glad we have washer & dryer in our place. Place is very quiet we have nice views of the courtyard, and we have a good ocean view. Nice gyms to workout in and good areas to take a nice walk or bike ride.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2024I have recently renewed our lease for year 2. The ambiance.....views and architectural design are extremely relaxing and contribute to the experience. I make use of the exercise gym, the serenity room for complete relaxation and the play area where we we ran a quality event. My wife goes to meditation class and both of us go to Bingo to enjoy the game but also to enjoy our neigbors. We have met many interesting people coming from varied backgrounds and talents and that adds a definite additional ...asset to living here. We made a good choice.Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2023The apartments at Harborwalk are designed beautifully and have plenty of natural light. The property is well kept and clean. The amenities that stand out include a peaceful sanctuary room with the ocean view, cozy fireplaces in the common areas and the heated pool. The management and maintenance staff are very nice but what I find unique and notable is that they genuinely care about the residents and the surrounding needs of the community.
