Close to everything you need in Gig harbor and Affordable. Applying was easy and quick, got moved in within 3 days. The apartment was very clean on move in and Chayla made sure to write down anything I pointed out on the move in walk through which wasn’t much. It’s also really quiet at night. Prime location and Prime price for Fancy gig harbor LOL

QUIET! CLEAN! SPACIOUS! NICE NEIGHBORS! I LOVE living here. I moved in July 2018 and can honestly say I have never lived in a community, YES COMMUNITY, like here. I feel like all my neighbors are genuinely good hearted people who make this place a really nice place to live. Not once have the grounds or the property looked neglected. The owners take really good care of this place. No party's or loud people coming or going. Its so refreshing. The office staff had a breakfast for all of us who live ...
