    I am a new tenant. I Recently sold my home and relocated to Harford County to be closer to my children's school. I was very stressed since I had no rental record and recently went through a divorce. Within hours of Terri receiving my application I was given an estimate of time for approval, and my lease was approved within 48 hours. I was so relieved, and Terri made the process seamless, and was able to have my new home ready ahead of schedule by 11 days. This saved me a ton of money since I ...
    was staying at a local hotel. This community is clean , quite, and the neighbors are nice and respectful, in my opinion. Also this property is listed on the Maryland Veterans Affairs website for Veterans such as myself facing housing challenges, and out of all of the listings on the page, Harford Commons was the only participant that responded as was actually able to assist. On behalf of myself and my 2 young children, who love their new weekend home.....I thank you, and Terri is definitely on my Christmas list.....

    I rarely give 5 stars but this Townhouse was awesome. Staff: The Staff there is amazing. Professional. Not pushy and not salesy. As a city and souteherner mix, I like manners. So they were very fast with fixes and such. Management: Their Team went over and above my expectations. Very cordial and they did not ask for hidden fees. Even when many friends at other communities were experiencing rate hikes. They did not. They stayed true and always treated me well. Property: Everything look and ...
    felt new. No weird smells. Even the backyard is kept well-maintained. Very private neighbors and never, ever loud. Which I love. This is rare especially for a property at this price point. The value is crazy good. You all see, I rarely give 5-stars and I have lived in a handful of states in the USA in various communities. But this Harford Commons was awesome. Highly recommend. And to the fellow New Yorkers, before going South, try Maryland!

    Very inexpensive apartments in a quiet apartment community in Edgewood,MD. These apartments are renovated military housing and have been in Edgewood many years. The maintenance crew is verythromycin responsive and very polite. The office managers are friendly. This is in the older part of Edgewood near what was known as Edgewood Arsenal. I'm happy here for 5 years.
