I have lived in Harford Village South for 17 months & I have loved it. The Leasing Office Staff have been amazing & so friendly & helpful. And the same goes for the Maintenence Team! Whenever I have a question or a need, they have all been quick to respond. The grounds are always maintained & look so pretty. I will be staying for a while! To anyone looking for an apartment, I would recommend living here. And it is so close to everything you need.

From my initial contact with Megan and move in process with Sarah, I have to say that I feel so fortunate to have come across this place! My neighbors are quiet and nice.
I had a hard time finding an apartment for about 10 months and just feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon this place.

We have lived in our current townhome managed by this company for 3 years and have no plans to move anytime soon. James with maintenance is fantastic and has went above and beyond for us. We had a leak in our home a month or so ago and James checked every possible source and went above and beyond to prevent future leaks. The office staff is amazing. They are always pleasant to speak with and are attentive to needs. I have no plans to move from this home for years to come!
