August 26, 2024Entranceway doors were replaced, but the buzzer panel does not work with the new door, also myself and some of the tenants keys do not work making it difficult to get in. Laundry appliances need thorough cleaning.Property Manager Responded

Please submit a work order on the resident portal at your convenience so that we may take a look at your door buzzer, we certainly want to get that in working order for you as quickly as possible. We do walk our common areas on a regular basis, please also let us know which building you are in so that we can take a look at the laundry room appliances that may need some attention. Please stop by the office during business hours to pick up your key. We are open 6 days a week: M-F 9-6, Saturday 10-6. We will look forward to seeing you soon!
