October 21, 2024I’ve found Harlow Spring Cypress to be an all around beautiful environment. Family and pet friendly, and other than a couple of fairly run of the mill maintenance issues, which were rectified in fewer than twenty four hours, I have no complaints. June 19, 2024I've been living within this community for over 2 years and management have been very courteous and very helpful to ensure your stay here is very fulfilling. So far I have not had any fear of exiting my vehicle going or coming back home. Some of the floor plans have garages attached that will lead you straight into your apartment, which feels like you are living in a single family home.Property Manager Responded

May 22, 2024The only thing that brings me some joy in my current living situation is the fact that I have a roof over my head. The property falsely advertised an elevator, the apartment shown to me had tile flooring, and on moving day I was informed that my 3rd floor unit actually had carpeting that was not disclosed earlier. The entire process of securing the apartment was frustrating, and the management consistently shifted blame for their miscommunication. The apartment complex itself is consistently ...dirty with overflowing trash, dirty stairwells, and unresponsive management. I have no intention of renewing my lease once it expires.Property Manager Responded
