Harlowe so far has been a good property I like it. I love I have my own car port it’s quiet and the apartments are beautiful.

It’s been an amazing time making Harlow my home, I have been living on the property for over 5 years, my first part of the five years, was unbearable, the management was really bad This new property management is above and beyond what I could ever asked for, they are kind , helpful , and genuinely care about the community and the residents , I am completely satisfied with the me property management. Too often when I have expressed a concern with an after-hours maintenance issue ( especially on a holiday or the weekend ) to a property office associate, I receive NO follow-up message or phone call to inform me of the status of my urgent maintenance issue.

  Hello, I’m so sorry for the communication issues you’ve experienced. I don’t have your contact information to follow up directly, but I do want to clarify how after-hours requests work. Our maintenance team can only respond to emergency work orders after hours, and the best way to reach them is by calling our main number and leaving a voicemail—this allows them to call you back. For non-emergencies, submitting a work order through the resident portal is the quickest way to get your request into the system. I’ll also remind our office team to make sure anyone calling in with an emergency is directed to leave a voicemail so maintenance has a way to reach you. I love dogs but people are inconsiderate. They walk late late at night or very early in the morning. The barking wakes me either way before my time to get up. Some times you think the dogs are fighting!! I love this place. I’m in my 70s and I feel safe. I’ve been here about 17 years

Do not live here would be my advice to anyone taking tours or considering Harlowe as a home. This place looks nice but the people who run this place will make your life miserable if you have issues in your unit. No accountability will be taken and they will make it out as your fault.

The apartments itself is fine, amenities like the “security package” never worked but are auto billed without opt-out options. Gates are broken, community managed internet is a terrible amenity. The management is mediocre at best, non responsive many times and difficult to get a hold of most of the time. Phone numbers don’t work or are unavailable. Office hours are lacking and do not coincide with most people’s working schedules. Maintenance does a fine job. Parking is terrible, no space for ...
residents, and even less space for visitors. Gates are always broken.

Our phone lines are active and routed to an answering service if we're unavailable—please leave a voicemail so we can follow up. You can also reach us at harloweapts@greystar.com. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM. Each home includes one covered parking space, with additional guest and resident parking available.
