Do not live here would be my advice to anyone taking tours or considering Harlowe as a home. This place looks nice but the people who run this place will make your life miserable if you have issues in your unit. No accountability will be taken and they will make it out as your fault.

The apartments itself is fine, amenities like the “security package” never worked but are auto billed without opt-out options. Gates are broken, community managed internet is a terrible amenity. The management is mediocre at best, non responsive many times and difficult to get a hold of most of the time. Phone numbers don’t work or are unavailable. Office hours are lacking and do not coincide with most people’s working schedules. Maintenance does a fine job. Parking is terrible, no space for ...
residents, and even less space for visitors. Gates are always broken.

I’d be happy to review any monthly fees with you directly, and a full list of all recurring and situational fees is available on our website. We strive for clear communication, and I apologize if we haven’t been as responsive as expected. Our phone lines are active and routed to an answering service if we're unavailable—please leave a voicemail so we can follow up. You can also reach us at harloweapts@greystar.com. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM. Each home includes one covered parking space, with additional guest and resident parking available. The maintenance team here at Harlowe is amazing. I’ve lived in multiple different apartment complexes before, and Harlowe is definitely the best so far when it comes to all categories— especially the maintenance team.

I’ve lived here for a month, and so far, it’s been a very positive experience. The apartment is clean, has a great layout, and comes with good amenities. I especially like that there are multiple exits from the building—it feels safe and convenient. The included carport is a big plus, and while I haven’t needed maintenance yet, the manager is always around and seems reliable. The only issue has been with the trash, but it hasn’t overshadowed the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this ...

Fantastic Staff, Great Service, Wonderful communications. Their team and this company actually care about their residents and that is Rare. Their Maintenance team is just the same. I personally have been extremely satisfied with Greystar. My daughter lives in Houston and in her younger years rented from two properties that was managed by Greystar and always spoke of their reputation was preceded very well and always courteous and professional both.
