Pools padlocked for no reason
July 20, 2025Pools unavailable & padlocked for no reason. It’s 11:54 & both padlocked. Pools closed often because they can’t get chemicals correct in pools. Poorly managed. Amazon lockers were offline for over 2 weeks & they don’t know how to contact their Amazon rep to finally get it fixed. People unable to get ANY packages stuck in those lockersProperty Manager Responded
July 22, 2025Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the oversight by our Sunday crew, the pool should have been open and accessible, and we take full responsibility for that mistake. An on-site associate did respond and open the pool shortly after. We did temporarily close the pool on June 30th to rebalance the chemical levels, as safety is always our top priority. With an aging property, unexpected issues can arise, but please know that our team works hard to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible with the resources available to us. The Amazon lockers were down due to an unexpected electrical issue, which required reprogramming by Amazon once power was restored. We regret the inconvenience, but we're happy to report they’ve been fully functional for some time now. Don’t rent here
July 10, 2023There’s so much wrong here. The office staff barely respond to emails. The neighbors above me are so bad and I’ve complained so much but management refuses to do anything about it. So many people put out trash on non-trash days and it stink and again, management refuses to do anything about it. Ugly sight of people working on their cars and so on. Issues with the new leasing team
July 7, 2023There is a new leasing team that took over in April 2023, and ever since, the entire complex's quality of service is dropping more and more. The previous leasing team always gave 5-star service and should definitely be brought back. With this new team here, the environment, vibe, and service has changed everywhere that was never a problem before April. Numerous times there is a strong smell of weed coming off of numerous people from different floors when they get on the elevator with a ...6-year-old present, which was never a problem before. Numerous times while going for a walk there is a strong odor of weed coming from apartments that I have seen open their patio doors to let the smell out, which was never a problem before so now we do not take our 6-year-old out for walks anymore. Numerous times we get woken up from loud bass music from cars or people revving their engines and peeling out either after 1am or early in the morning before 8am, which was never a problem before. And it took over 2 weeks to get refills at numerous dog stations, which created a dirty environment, also never a problem before. We had no problem getting a storage room before in less than 2 weeks. With this new team, we've been getting the run around and a different story every time we call or email since May 18 up to today July 7, with no further action from them. Tranquility and trust is something this new team is losing very quickly. Hopefully things change soon as this was a nice place to live before April.Property Manager Responded
