Not what it seems
June 19, 2022I've visited someone who occupies a unit in here these apartments are not what they seem the outside is very polished but the inside is definitely not worth all that they are requiring. They want 6 months of income but the inside of these apartments feel like they need to do 6 years worth of updates. The apartments have old features the bathroom looks like a bathroom in a prison the sinks need to be updated before they post the pictures the closest in the pictures have broken furniture/ wood ...(that I'm assuming belongs in the apartment) . There's is no way! I was actually thinking about applying but remembering that I been in here before definitely had a hand in that declining decision. Though I will say they do keep the outside very beautiful and polished but the people live inside not outside smh.Property Manager Responded

BAD EXPERIENCE. Harmony 1
January 3, 2017I moved there in sept. 2016 and they havent tried to fix anything since ive been here. they have a gate that is basically always locked except from 9-5 they say it a crime deterent. Its not a place if u have to ride the Marta transit. I wouldnt recommend this place. the management is horrible. they think ppl are just inferior. My apartment leans and its always cold, the roaches are terrible. Im out of here by Jan. 2017. GOODBYE & GOOD WRITTENS TO HARMONY PLAZA 1 & 2 Before u consider these ...apartment, NO just dont THIS PROPERTY I GIVE 2 THUMBS DOWN.Property Manager Responded
