Mold everywhere

Our team has maintained communication with you via email since the initial report, and maintenance staff visited your apartment the same day the work order was submitted to conduct an assessment. Following this assessment, we obtained bids from our licensed vendors to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed thoroughly and in accordance with professional standards. We are pleased to confirm that the approved repair is now in progress and scheduled for completion this week. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. New management has stepped up!
August 18, 2023I really enjoy living here. Its quiet, clean, and cozy. Residents are very friendly. Maintenance is very proactive when needed and management is so attentive and genuinely cares. Katherine (Kat) went above and beyond for me and my roommates and helped us every step of the way getting into our first apartment. She made the process easy and comfortable. I really like that they have all wood floors and come with washer/dryer inside the apartment. Hammocks are great to study in too, nice touch. My ...only complaint is the trash service has not started yet and its billing us $15/month already for the service. Aside from that we really love it here and are glad we picked this place!Property Manager Responded

normal student living
October 7, 2018It's expensive like student housing is, but they offer promotions that get it down to a relatively reasonable price. Says it's a gated community, but it's always random times that the gate is opened and closed. So far my major issue is maintenance. I'm sure they're understaffed, but these apartments are super buggy. In the months I've lived here, they've only sprayed when I personally requested it. I've had roaches and now have either fleas or bedbugs-- and they don't make any attempt to ...accommodate when you go to them with that problem. Basically was told to put out vinegar to see if it was fleas, nothing suggested for if the room had bedbugs, which I did not bring in. Took over a week to reconnect the vent on my dryer and a request was submitted three times, twice in person. Take a lot of pictures if you move in-- not sure if as bad as other student places with charges, but the painters were so bad at painting that there's paint all over the floors.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
November 17, 2015Do not waste your time or money on this place. It is nothing but problems with this place. The people who live here are loud and the place is filthy with dog feces and trash. The office does not care about its resident, just the money. Once you sign the lease, they can no longer help you with anything. The walls are super thin so you hear everything. Wilshire Landing
September 17, 2015The actual apartments are nice and well kept on the interior and exterior. Maintenance is really good about getting things taken care of. However, the surrounding areas aren't the safest, and people have been jumped and had their apartments broken in to recently. There are all random people walking around the front of the property and people always come and use our amenities and make it less than pleasurable for paying residents. August 11, 2015Perfect location for anywhere you want to go! Minutes to the beach and Downtown. Steps away from UNCW!! My apartment has just been renovated with great new appliances.
