Amazing location, amenities and staff
May 18, 2023This apartment complex is excellent. I lived here for 15 months and have no complaints. My lease ended in July of 2022. The pool area is fantastic. It's a beautiful pool with pretty palm trees everywhere. The hot tub is nice and relaxing. Overall, I would say the amenities here are superb. The aesthetics and interior design of many of the buildings are amazing. The clubhouse is a beautiful and relaxing place to go and read during my lunch breaks. The exterior of the complex is very aesthetically ...pleasing and resembles a luxury, high-end apartment complex (which it is). A couple of months after I moved into the Harper, the place got new management, and they were phenomenal, led by the assistant property manager, Shanden. I don't believe he is still there, but ever since he and the new management team arrived, all the problems with the amenities and upkeep of the complex were fixed and maintained. They did a phenomenal job of addressing any and all of my concerns. Additionally, Maintenance responded to and resolved all of my issues promptly. The location was fantastic as well. The complex is situated on a strip mall of great businesses that you can easily walk to from your apartment, such as the Majestic Theater (amazing), Artichoke Basille's (some of the best pizza I've ever had), Boardroom Salon (a phenomenal place for deluxe men's haircuts with the right stylist/barber), the Porch (fantastic food and fun vibes), and more. And that's just within the apartment complex. There are other amazing establishments within walking distance, like Pier 44, a great restaurant right on the beautiful lake. There's also a Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts within walking distance. My favorite coffee place, Brick Road Coffee, was also conveniently within walking distance. Another reason this location is so good is that it's centrally located in the valley. Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Gilbert are all within a 20-minute drive. I highly recommend this place, and this recommendation comes from someone who has lived in four different states in the past four years.Property Manager Responded
