don’t bother .
August 26, 2025Do not waste your money at Harper at the Park. I came from out of state and wanted to see the place before and suddenly they couldn’t show me . Couldn’t do nothing but told me the people just moved out . Wrong . They had to have moved out at least a month prior and the office was bsing. I moved in on June 11th (originally scheduled for June 10th) and the apartment was absolutely filthy—not move-in ready. The cleaners showed up while I was already moving my belongings in, which was frustrating and ...unprofessional. There were bugs throughout the unit, and months later I’m still dealing with roaches despite multiple complaints. Pest control supposedly “resolved” an issue without ever coming to my apartment. I had roaches and told them MULTIPLE TIMES instead of resolving this issue they closed my ticket and never came until over a week after when I emailed HR. The problems don’t stop there. The dog park is gross and poorly maintained, and nobody picks up after their animals outside, so the entire property is covered in dog waste—step outside and you’re immediately risking stepping in it. The neighbors are noisy, and I can hear them on all sides of me at all hours. I’ve had to deal with their kids playing around and hitting my car, and one unit even has six adults and six children crammed into a two-bedroom. The leasing office acknowledges it but only says they’re “giving them violations.” On top of that, there are mobile mechanics working in the parking lot. It feels completely unmanaged. I was told the neighbors were getting evicted. They never actually got evicted but at this point I’ve just been fighting to get out of my lease so I don’t have to deal with this anymore. I moved out of state to come here for a job and my schooling and this is not at all what I expected. Parking is a JOKE and the office does nothing . Trying to speak with management is a nightmare—rarely responsive and unhelpful. When I tried to break my lease due to all these issues, they still expected me to pay. I have photos of the conditions, but even without proof, my advice is simple: do not live here. Poor maintenance, poor management, and zero peace of mind.Property Manager Responded

Horable office staff
June 16, 2025Moved in here 11 weeks ago which they did not have the apartment finished being made ready being that there are seven drawers missing and have been missing since we moved in. We were promised every week that they would be here they haven't brought them in yet. We don't have a mailbox key still which there's mail that is needed to be gotten. As well as they left some of their make ready materials in the yard that I had to clean on top of that they closed the office at 3: 00pm in the afternoon when ...they're supposed to be open until 6:00 p.m. no you ask my opinion about moving here I would say you're better off going somewhere else because you're going to be ignored talk to down to and straight up giving no respect as a renter on the property.
