Horrible
March 18, 2019Very moldy. Maintenance never takes care of problems. Office very rude. Once you move out they will automatically put any repairs you have to pay for on you credit instead of sending you a bill.Property Manager Responded

Harpeth Trace Apartments Dickson TN
August 21, 2015Nice Appartments located centrally in Dickson. These apartments are very close to a very good elementary school and a short drive to the middle and high schools. Close proximity to several stores, Restaurants, bowling, and a movie theater and a 30 minute drive to Nashvillle. These are older, refurbished apartments but in pretty good shape. It has a nice pool, grilling/ pick nick areas, play ground, a large open field for kids to play,and laundry room; however, the weight room is rather dated ...with worn out equipment and the playground equipment is old and worn. Parking can be rough as there aren't many spaces available. The staff is very nice and polite and the maintenance man reacts quickly to any issues. Prices are pretty comprable to the surrounding apartment complexes. The apartment is very kid friendly and hosts Santa meet and greets, Easter egg hunts, and trick or treat events. Overall, a very nice quiet place to live that is great for those with children.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Rooms
August 14, 2015I like the apartment and it is very roomy, not too much noise and is located in a good quiet area. The rooms are very large and spacious and the bathrooms are big.
