I have lived at Harpeth Trace for nearly 8 years and keep renewing my lease because of the quality of the apartments, property, and the people managing and maintaining it. The property manager is professional and empathetic, always going above and beyond to provide extra community events, like movies, pool parties, and BBQs. The maintenance staff is equally exceptional, keeping the property clean and well-functioning. I highly recommend this family-friendly community.

we were told we had 30 days to pay our final payment when moving out. a couple hours later after we got home we got an email saying it needed to be paid now. mind you this is over 1500 dollars after we had been told we would be paying less, i would not recommend. they are nice to you to get you in there. would definitely consider trying anywhere but here.
