    i’ve lived here for going on two years and it seems like as time goes on things become worse. there’s numerous things i could list but recently is what has pushed me to write this review. last friday morning i placed a work order on my kitchen sink since it was clogged. my dishwasher also wasn’t draining. once the office was open i decided to give them a call. they say someone won’t be able to come because they’re short staffed. they essentially told me that i was on my own until the following ...
    monday. which lead to me having to manually dig the water out of my dishwasher myself. monday rolls around and my sink has a terrible odor and i’m barely able to run any water in my sink. i receive an email saying my work order was assigned to someone. long story short nobody comes. the next day i call again and the front office woman explains to me that the mantinence man couldn’t get inside my apartment. i’m pretty sure the mantinence workers are suppose to reach out to you personally if this problem occurs. the front office woman tells me that someone will be over at 3:15pm. again nobody comes. i am driving home later that day and i see three mantinence men sitting on their golf carts at another part of the neighborhood just chatting away. the front office woman also told me earlier that day that they only had one worker. so obviously that was a lie. i call again after having to leave voicemails and she says someone will be there shortly. finally at 7pm james comes and fixes the problem in less than 5 minutes. this was a horrible experience but i’m grateful for james. essentially don’t live here and if i could break my lease i so would

  • Quiet, convenient and nice staff

    I have been living in Harrison Grande Apartment for a year and I am very happy with my choice. The apartment is very quiet, backed by the Black Creek Greenway and a forest of tall woods. I enjoy the peaceful and natural surroundings, and the fresh air. The apartment is also very convenient, with Aldi, Walmart, Harris Teeter in walking distance, and Target/Trader Joe’s in 5 minutes drive. I can find everything I need nearby. The apartment is very close to West Cary Middle School, which has a ...
    convenient sidewalk for students and parents. The staff at Harrison Grande are very nice and easy to work with. Lori and Heather are always friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to any issues or requests. The facilities at Harrison Grande are top of the level, with gym equipment that are abundant and clean, and a swimming pool that has clear water. I love using the amenities and relaxing after a long day. Harrison Grande Apartment is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home.

  • Don’t Do It

    If I could rate this a zero I would!!! This is the worst apartment complex I have delt with...their communication is horrible let alone its hard to get in contact with someone in the office. The customer service sucks completely. I have been trying to call for information on our leasing application for the longest! Definitely a waste of my time and money dealing with this company!!! They give you the run around and never follow up like they say! Please avoid staying here at all cost!

  • Worst place in the town since it was sold to Atlantic Pacific last year.

    Since the change of the land lord the waste management is a disaster, reek, roaches and they do not respond appropriately to recurrent complaints including a code letter from Public Works - the problem didn't get proper attention for a more then half year already.

  • The perfect place to call home!

    Amazing staff, well kept apartments and best of all a friendly community where everyone still minds their own business (you really don't want to deal with a super nosey neighbor). Perks: apartments have great layouts that even at 860 sq ft my apartment felt so spacious, dog friendly community, awesome gym (that I only wish I used more) and safe!   • Great place to live!

    This apartment is one of the best I've lived in. It is nice and homey. Good size. The office staff is so kind and helpful if you have any issues. Also, the swimming pool is one of the best I've been too. It's a great size and always clean and very kept up. I am always inviting friends over to hang by the pool. It is in a great location surrounded by many restaraunts, malls, grocery, etc. Anything and everything is around.

    Have lived here 5 years, made good friends, love the pool, great location.. love my space.. the place is going on 25 years old so some repairs are needed.but they are good about it... Just hope they don't up the rent too much..

    The Harrison Grande apartment complex has the largest living room-dining area of any I had visited. The large window areas in bedrooms and living room let in plenty of sunlight, giving one a sense of well-being. There is also a separate kitchen with more than average cupboard space and a porch large enough for the family to enjoy. Amenities include a fitness center, tennis court, volleyball court and one of the nicest pools in the area. Grounds are attractive with rose bushes, crepe myrtle ...
    trees and other greenery. Location..location..location can't be beat. One finds major grocery stores, drug stores, banks, gas stations, restaurants and C tran stops all within easy walking distance. I have lived here over 5 years and cannot imagine I would find another apartment that I would like better.
