Since the very first day I moved into this community, I haven’t stopped having issues with maintenance. Everything is old, everything breaks, and nobody cares. There is never enough maintenance staff; I think they have only 2 workers for 200 apartments. The pool... I've lived here for two years and haven't seen it open a single time. The landscaping is poorly maintained. Out of the 3 girls in the office, only 1 is actually helpful; the rest don't even want to talk to you. They charge astronomical ...
prices for the apartment and services. On top of that, they want to charge you to park in front of your own apartment and charge you to use the common areas if you want to host an event. Our team works hard to address service requests as quickly as possible, while prioritizing items that affect resident safety and habitability. We are continually evaluating service needs and working with both onsite staff and vendor partners to improve response times.
We would also like to clarify that our community pool is currently open and available for resident use. While amenity operations have experienced delays in the past due to repairs and manufacturing times, we understand the importance of this amenity and remain committed to providing residents with access to a safe and enjoyable pool experience.

We would also like to clarify that residents are not required to pay for parking. General parking throughout the community is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
