Harrison Hills is the best kept secret in town!
April 1, 2026I've been living at Harrsion Hills for 4 years now. I am very well established in the community here and I can tell you that you won't find a better Location, better Office and Maintenance Staff around. Hands down. I come from the angle of writing something that I would want to hear if I were considering where to live....so here goes: 1. LOCATION - Interstate Access is key. Super close access and can be Downtown in 15 minutes. Access to Millard, Papillion, Gretna, Ralston, Omaha all in striking ...distance. Also quick access to Papio Bike Trail as well! 2. BUILD - Buidings were built solid during a good era of high quality building & materials. So hearing sounds from other apartments are far less than some of the new flash-in-the-pan apartment builds. 3. STAFF - Consistent staff with no turnover. They love their jobs and we love them! Shout out to Lesley (Manager), Jodi, Emily, Delaney, Russ, and Landon! 4. AMENITIES - One of best apartment pool environments around in summer! (two pools) The Fitness Center, Community Office, and Entertainment Rooms are incredible to have access to. 5. COMMUNITY - This is why I stay and will stay as long as I am able. I lived in a house. It was lonely compared to walking outside and knowing that this community exists for you. And the fun activities the Staff comes up with (Pool Party, Valentine's Get-Together, Easter Egg Hunt, etc.) make you feel valued and appreciated! February 19, 2024I have really enjoyed my stay at Harrison Hills. Jodi from day one as well as the rest of the staff, has made me feel like family. Apartments are very nice and affordable. When incidents occur, they are on top of them quickly to get them resolved. It is pet friendly, but with all of the stations to clean up after your pets you would never know dogs have been in the grassy areas. It is a very quiet neighborhood for being in the city. They also have a security service that patrols the area, ...to help keep you safe. The only reason I had to leave was due to work taking me to another state. Outstanding
February 19, 2020My fiancé and I recently moved into our first home after spending the last two years at Harrison Hills. Anybody looking for an apartment complex offering both quality and convenience should look no further than Harrison Hills. The maintenance staff is very good about fullfilling work orders in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are extremely polite and willing to help out in any way they can. The entire complex is non-smoking, which was one of the main reasons we chose Harrison Hills to ...begin with. The apartments are spacious, with several small details that add both quality and comfort. The pool area has two pools and a hot tub. The clubhouse has a movie theatre and lounge area complete with ping pong, arcade games, and plenty of room to watch a big game. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms I’ve ever seen. Overall our two years at Harrison Hills were very enjoyable. 10 Years!
October 10, 2019I moved here in 2009 thinking I would only live here temporarily and 10 years later, I'm still here! The office has always gone above & beyond to help me with many of my concerns and are friendly & professional. Maintenance is also top notch as they are very responsive to any/all requests and always leave a note of the work done. The property is well maintained & they are always looking for ways to make improvements. I love my apartment & have always felt that the neighbors are friendly and ...considerate. October 10, 2019Harrison Hills is, and will continue to be my home! The maintenance guys here are amazing and quick to take care of any work orders - big or small. The ladies in the office are outstanding and make you feel welcome every time you walk into the office. They’re like family! The buildings here are so well kept, along with the landscaping. Great Place
October 4, 2019I have lived here since May 2008 after selling my Celebrity townhome. Harrison Hills was the only complex that really impressed me at the time, and in my view remains a great value. The unique floor plans and popular amenities first sparked my interest, but I keep renewing my lease due to the service, which has been recognized time and again. The office ladies are friendly and helpful, some almost feel like family, and the maintenance guys do good work in a timely fashion. Candace finally ...departed this summer, and old timers like myself will miss her, but was excited to learn about Lacey returning, and taking over the manager role. I checked out the competition this past summer, including a new complex under construction, but never really considering moving. Harrison Hills has a no smoking policy, a friendly pet policy, and a great location, just minutes from the interstate. Maintenance is very responsive!
October 4, 2019I've had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance and grounds crews at Harrison Hills, which would be my highest compliment towards them. All maintenance requests that I've submitted have been completed within 24 hours and the grounds keeping and snow removal have always been responsive and thorough. Additionally, the staff is always extremely friendly and the facilities, like the gym and pool, are very clean and of high quality.
