Harrison Hills is a very great place to live!!!
February 19, 2024I have really enjoyed my stay at Harrison Hills. Jodi from day one as well as the rest of the staff, has made me feel like family. Apartments are very nice and affordable. When incidents occur, they are on top of them quickly to get them resolved. It is pet friendly, but with all of the stations to clean up after your pets you would never know dogs have been in the grassy areas. It is a very quiet neighborhood for being in the city. They also have a security service that patrols the area, ...to help keep you safe. The only reason I had to leave was due to work taking me to another state. Outstanding
February 19, 2020My fiancé and I recently moved into our first home after spending the last two years at Harrison Hills. Anybody looking for an apartment complex offering both quality and convenience should look no further than Harrison Hills. The maintenance staff is very good about fullfilling work orders in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are extremely polite and willing to help out in any way they can. The entire complex is non-smoking, which was one of the main reasons we chose Harrison Hills to ...begin with. The apartments are spacious, with several small details that add both quality and comfort. The pool area has two pools and a hot tub. The clubhouse has a movie theatre and lounge area complete with ping pong, arcade games, and plenty of room to watch a big game. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms I’ve ever seen. Overall our two years at Harrison Hills were very enjoyable. October 10, 2019I moved here in 2009 thinking I would only live here temporarily and 10 years later, I'm still here! The office has always gone above & beyond to help me with many of my concerns and are friendly & professional. Maintenance is also top notch as they are very responsive to any/all requests and always leave a note of the work done. The property is well maintained & they are always looking for ways to make improvements. I love my apartment & have always felt that the neighbors are friendly and ...considerate. October 10, 2019Harrison Hills is, and will continue to be my home! The maintenance guys here are amazing and quick to take care of any work orders - big or small. The ladies in the office are outstanding and make you feel welcome every time you walk into the office. They’re like family! The buildings here are so well kept, along with the landscaping. Great Place
October 4, 2019I have lived here since May 2008 after selling my Celebrity townhome. Harrison Hills was the only complex that really impressed me at the time, and in my view remains a great value. The unique floor plans and popular amenities first sparked my interest, but I keep renewing my lease due to the service, which has been recognized time and again. The office ladies are friendly and helpful, some almost feel like family, and the maintenance guys do good work in a timely fashion. Candace finally ...departed this summer, and old timers like myself will miss her, but was excited to learn about Lacey returning, and taking over the manager role. I checked out the competition this past summer, including a new complex under construction, but never really considering moving. Harrison Hills has a no smoking policy, a friendly pet policy, and a great location, just minutes from the interstate. Maintenance is very responsive!
October 4, 2019I've had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance and grounds crews at Harrison Hills, which would be my highest compliment towards them. All maintenance requests that I've submitted have been completed within 24 hours and the grounds keeping and snow removal have always been responsive and thorough. Additionally, the staff is always extremely friendly and the facilities, like the gym and pool, are very clean and of high quality. Clean and well managed
August 17, 2016I have lived at Harrison Hills twice now and have absolutely loved both of my apartments. The apartments were spotless clean and freshly painted when I moved in. My favorite amenity is the fitness center which has a lot of great equipment. The maintenance staff is quick to respond when I have any issues. I do a lot of on line ordering and when I stop in the office to pick up packages the girls (Jodi & Lacey) know my name and are always very friendly. The manager (Candace) who has been here ...since the property was built does a fantastic job with up keep of the property. The place still looks brand new. I am a teacher and was off all summer and noticed that the hallways were cleaned once a week. Also, there are people trimming bushes, hosing off sidewalks, pulling weeds, and picking up trash a lot too. I love living close to the interstate because I can get anywhere in Omaha in ten minutes or less. A Great place to live!
October 21, 2015We have lived here for about a year and a half and it is by far my favorite apartment complex. The apartment itself is amazing with high ceilings and plenty of space (apart from the kitchen). The staff though, they are the best apartment staff I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They are friendly and will go out of their way to make sure things are done. There are multiple types of layouts so there's something for everyone!
