Slum Lord Alert!!! Don't waste your time and money!!!!

As of May 1, 2015 the property was taken over by owners IBIN Management LLC from Mack Property Management. The previous property manager took care of the property and made sure the landscaping always looked nice. Any maintenance issues were handle right away. Late fees were applied after the 5th day which was 25.00 and 5.00 a day after that ,which is reasonable in the event something unforeseen happens and the rent is paid late. Fast forward to May 2015, we have to constantly call or text the ...
landlord to have landscaping taken care of, maintenance requests go unhandled for days and the late fee is now 50.00 on the 2nd of the month plus additional fees and eviction process started by 3rd day. She is very rude and condescending when dealing with he tenants as though we are doing her a favor by allowing us to live in squalor. No thanks, I'll be moving on. Save yourself the headache and move elsewhere.
