Great apartment complex
January 28, 2026We have only been here two weeks now and so far we love it! Hory has been extremely helpful throughout. The apartment is very clean and well built. We live close to the trash compactor and have seen no issues. We barely hear our neighbors at all. Very happy with our choice of apartment complex and hope to be here a long time.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2024The apartment itself is nice. The heating/cooling for the spare room has been messed up since we moved in 2 years ago, they came and “fixed” it but it still doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. The cleanliness of the apartment grounds has been slack. Recently, residents have left what I believe to be BBQ sauce and what looked to have been a smashed candle in the BREEZEWAY of the an apartment building. In order to walk around you had to very carefully watch your step… it sat on the ground for 3 ...DAYS. Also, people allow their dogs to just poop anywhere and don’t clean up. Residents have no concept of respect, they come in a late hours of the night being loud. The office staff is great, they try to make sure they keep it fun for residents, but I do just wish they would be a tad more strict on residents making our place of living look unkept.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 24, 2024There have been a few ups and downs especially with the garbage pick up mostly and the large rent increases for those of us on fixed incomes. Overall, I have been very happy here. I have met great people here. Any maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. I love that finally they have resident activities. I will continue to ask for a pool table. September 14, 2024Hory was so nice to work with! She made the application and leasing process so quick and easy! Our move in day did get pushed back by a day as we were waiting on the lease from corporate but other than that it was smooth sailing. We actually leased the apartments without touring and I was a little hesitant however I can say we are completely pleased with the place. I will only note that the balcony is not as big as I thought it was going to be with the floor plan of the Vineyard online but that ...could be for other apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
