    Great place to start

    I just moved here in these apartments so far it’s pretty decent , it was easy to apply and the rent is a comfortable price. the apartments are clean no rodents maintenance seems to be pretty good as well. It’s a great place for a new start and quick move.

    I guess it’s best to start with the good then follow with the not so good. I have been a tenet for a year. The rent price is better then some rental company on an one bedroom apartment. The area is pretty quiet which I like. You don’t have people just hanging around your doors or the apartment area. You don’t hear fun shots during the night and cops hanging around patrolling. I pretty much feel safe coming in and out of my building. The bad is they don’t like to fix stuff and when they do it’s ...
    half done job. When I moved into my apartment the apartment was spotted painted in some area and some area that was very noticeable wasn’t painted well at all. They said my carpet was new but it wasn’t stains surface after a couple of months of me renting. I take my shoes off before I walk on my carpet. The rental company did come and repaint my wall in my bedroom and there was a vent that was missing a screw. My garbage disposal stop working twice and they never replaced but did a temporary fix. I was told not to put anything in it. They came to clean it so they say but didn’t do a good clean. They just spot clean with the cleaning solution but with soap and water and the guy that came over was in a hurry to leave he said we do the minimum cleaning we don’t put any solution because it cost to much and they don’t pay anything to do this but if you want me to clean it I will charge you 75.00. The stain still remind in my carpet. He had a nerve to bring in a bottle of cleaning solution in a small area to show me how it cleans better then just the soap and water he using. I just done with people no one don’t want to do there job. You think I’m going to call you to clean by carpet? Absolutely not Sir. The price for one bedroom is really reasonable in Essex area and it’s better than living in the city of Baltimore. It’s closer to my job which I really like. I use to commute from Clinton, MD which was about 1 hour and 15 minute drive with traffic.

    Severe Mice problem!

    This place has become inhabitable. If I could attach pictures to show I would do so. Have been here since 2017 and did not have a mice problem until recently. Maintenance has been poor The only thing they did was put a piece of aluminum foil behind the fridge and yet mice are STILL in the apartment. They are climbing on furniture, coming from the closet, and I found holes my self that maintenance failed to find. Not renewing lease.

    After 38 years working for a leading Property Management company, I found myself separated from my spouse.Needing a place to call home and being disabled needed a first floor apartment for myself and my Service Dog. The rental office was excellent and within minutes had me a first floor 1 bedroom. I have requested service 3 or 4 times and each time the response has been quick and repairs always completed correctly. My most recent request was for an oil spill out front and residents were walking ...

    I’m 8 months pregnant with debilitating illness and PTSD. My husband is at work and I’m asleep in our bed. Luckily, the night before I had the seemingly unnecessary urge to close and lock the bedroom door as well as the front door because of what happened when I woke up. Half dressed and asleep in my bed, I wake to the sound of not one but two men outside of my bedroom door. My eyes shoot open in a panic and I start hyperventilating. I frantically shout “Hello?!” And am ready to call 911. When ...
    one of the men say “Maintenance.” To which I reply, “now isn’t a good time.” But they continue and soon after leave. I was in such stress and disarray that I had to go see my physician, having had horrific flashbacks of trauma and panicking because I no longer felt safe in my home. I cannot imagine if my bedroom door would have been open as it normally is. I understand that maintenance has the right to enter but the experience for me was traumatizing and it will take time for me to feel safe again. After the experience I no longer wish to live in an apartment knowing that multiple men can enter my safe space at any time no matter if I’m even conscious or dressed. Maintenance has come before but I was either not home or prepared to let someone in. I can imagine that they did not know I was home but it still triggered my PTSD and I hope nothing like that ever happens again or to anyone else.
