I’ve really enjoyed living here overall. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are typically handled efficiently. The amenities are a great bonus- especially the tanning bed!
One feature I especially appreciate is the valet trash service—it’s definitely a helpful convenience, especially during busy weeks. That said, there are a couple of areas where it could be ...
improved. Occasionally, pickup times seem inconsistent, and there have been a few instances where trash was left longer than expected. Clearer communication about pickup schedules or more consistency in service would make this even better.
Overall, it’s been a positive experience living here, and with a few small improvements to the valet trash service, it would be even closer to perfect.

Wanted to take minute and leave a review for Hartshire apartments. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The apartment club house was very nice and we were welcomed almost as soon as we hit the door. We need more people and businesses like this! Tiffany was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had for her. Will def be looking for an apartment here once our house goes up for sale. Thanks again Hartshire.

I’ve lived here for over 2 and a half years and it’s been great ever since. The office people are always super kind and helpful whenever you need them, maintenance has always been on top of whatever needs to be done, and they keep the surrounding area outside looking very clean and nice. I have happily just resigned my lease again and will continue to stay here!

I’ve been happy to call Hartshire home for the last 9 years! My husband and I have always felt safe in these apartments and love that it’s fairly quiet and just enough out of the hustle and bustle. Also love the upgrades that they’ve made. The staff here is incredible, they always go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied!

I've lived here for 2 years now and I can't say enough positive things about Hartshire Lakes. When I moved in from MD the staff was awesome. Totally easy to to do the application process online and spoke to the leasing agent by phone. I had a 2 bedroom apartment locked in and was unpacked and settled in by the end of my 1st week in my apartment. Great area, lots of shopping, groceries, dining, and medical nearby, both private and V.A.( I'm a disabled vet). The complex has a beautiful pool with ...
brand new furniture open all summer and into fall. Amenities include 24 hour gym, tanning, showers in the restrooms for cleaning up post swim or workout. Updated business center with new computers, laserjet multifunction printer/scanner, and free WiFi in the clubhouse. Comfortable couches in the clubhouse make the gas fireplace a great place to relax in the chilly months and have a cup of something hot from the free coffee bar. The staff are super friendly and ultra professional and the maintenance team is always quick to fix anything that may occur. I literally can't say enough about how much I enjoy living here!!! I'd give it 10 stars on a 5 scale.
