April 4, 2022This place is awful and I honestly believe they put me in the worse apartment out here..I won't get into details but know I'm a new tenant going through it out here and I regret moving here everydayReview from Apartments.com
Sick and Tired
April 12, 2019I would not recommend this place ever! Whatever problems we have, it always takes forever for it to get fixed! First, the window in our living room was leaking and it took them over a year to fix it properly. While they're fixing it, different strangers had to come in our apartment because they couldn't fix it the first 10 times. Next, our heater broke and it took them a week to fix it because they keep sending the same guy who doesn't know how to fix a heater! And now, the wall behind the ...toilet looks so gross because they replaced our toilet with a smaller low flow one, that you have to flush 3 times every time, 2 months ago. I kept calling for weeks now to paint it but nothing happens! Plus, they almost never pick up the phone or are out of the office, and they never return my calls! STAY FAR AWAY!
May 3, 2018I have been here for over two months, and I still have an infestation of roaches. They were here when I moved in. They just didn't come out until the night I moved all my stuff in. They are everywhere. I had an exterminator come, and they're still multiplying, because they are in ALL of the apartments. (At least the building I'm in). They charge you so much money-even FOR pest control, and the pest control guys only came once-AFTER I'd already called an exterminator. They were also very slow at ...fixing my maintenance issues. There is a new owner, so hopefully he or she will fix this problem. Their only solution for me has been to spray the chemicals that they use that are apparently not working, and they still haven't done that.Property Manager Responded

Not A Real Review
September 16, 2016That review was made by the property manager. not helpful. Carlos in maintenance and Cornelius in leasing great people rest of them Brandi, Katherine. are never helpful they hide behind a desk act like they know everything and never come out to greet anybody and are very rude if they do. Andrew new maintenance supervisor guy barley seen him probably hiding in the shop like the previous maintenance supervisor. Came to my apartment to install new air handler and blew it up TWICE. Radco never notice ...these things. Here a helpful review. If you want to rent here and want something done in your apartment just call Radco and things will get done cause you will have to wait over a week or a month to have a simple work order done.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent place to live, newly renovated
November 24, 2014I am very pleased with the overall look of this community. Lots of upgrades being done on the outside as well as several newly renovated apartments. New windows are really going to help the power bill and the vinyl sidings looks great. My kids are excited about the new playground they are building. The office staff are very helpful and friendly and maintenance do a great job fixing problems in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com
