The AC system is terrible because they are so old I guess. It barely blows in some areas. It has to constantly run so it drives up your power bill. Even though the location is super convenient if I have options I won't be renewing unless things change drastically.

70 and it is so hot upstairs. I tried to drop the temp lower but the a.c. unit freezes up. Trust me this place is not worth the headaches.

NEVER had any issues with package stealing (I order online often), never had any trouble with my car in uncovered parking, and I feel genuinely safe as a single person. The community is clean, they pick the trash up right from your door, have monthly pest control, and ALWAYS warn you before someone is going to enter your unit so you can either prepare your pets, or know if anything is disturbed in the slightest it was probably just shuffled during maintenance. All in all, me and my 2 animals are quite comfortable and happy and have NO intention on moving any time soon. So if you're looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable place to stay and don't mind the occasional dated looking cabinet or dishwasher, you'll be set here. Have never really had an issue.
