Management Is Terrible

Honestly this building used to be very nice and very well kept but it has recently became a product of its environment. Housekeeping is not all that great anymore and everything it says not to do in the lease residents here do. Not to mention the kid who works in the office Matt is very rude and will question you as if he has authority to do so. Maureen whom handles all rent payments can never be contacted nor does she ever return any calls. The receptionist that transfers calls is the icing on ...
the cake. Everyone in this establishment that works for Harvard Printing Needs a customer service course before they deal with the wrong type of people and get a rude awakening. Save your time and money and rent elsewhere.
