I personally think Harvest Grove is an awesome place to live. The property is well maintained. If there is an issue of any kind maintenance is there to fix the issue within a timely manner, which is extremely appreciated. Do not waste your time!

The apartments are way too overpriced for what you get. If something breaks they take forever to fix it. The washer and dryer is always broken and doesn’t get fixed. Neighbors smoke weed and the whole building smells like it. Dogs are allowed and there is dog waste everywhere. Winter time the snow doesn’t get plowed and sometimes the heater doesn’t work and good luck with getting a heater replaced it must get approved before it gets replaced.

Where do I start.
If something breaks, be prepared to call for maintenance at least three times and wait a couple months for them to even fix a broken closet door. Absolutely ridiculous. Rent is way to high for service like that.
Also, there was a fire on Memorial Day in 2018. My apartment’s balcony was heavily damaged and was structurally unsound. It took them over three months to even BEGIN to work on fixing it. It was so unsafe that if you even walked on one side it would have collapsed. ...
THREE MONTHS TO EVEN START FIXING IT. I had to call over five times to even get an answer about repairs. Eventually they lowered my rent because I called them out for neglecting it.
Literally anytime something needed to be fixed it took forever to get someone out to fix it. And once they did come, sometimes they didn’t even fix everything that needed to be fixed.
And good luck contacting corporate. They don’t even have a voicemail box to leave a message and the operator hardly answers. You have to call multiple times to get her to pick up the phone.

The manager, who is a woman, didn't want to show me apartments. She gave me an application and basically shrugged me off. Very rude and unprofessional.c she was more concerned about a hair appointment she had than her complex. Safe to say I will not be moving to this place.

This apartment complex is in a quiet, and very nice area. The maintenance team is awesome and very cooperative. Apartments are very spacious, unlike many others in the area. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know.

I'm a 22 y/o male and I've lived at Harvest Grove for a little over a year now. This was my first place after living with my parents, and I feel just as comfortable. I have a 2 bed 2 bath (really 1 and 3/4). No walk in closets in my apartment but very spacious. There's also a nice size balcony. It's quiet, and there's little to no concern for threats of danger. Neighbors are nice too, and there aren't many kids, but there are some and they're pretty well behaved. I don't have many concerns or ...
questions but when I do the property manager or her assistant will always answer calls or emails and answer them. The only reason I don't give the full 5 stars is because I feel like you have to ask a lot of questions otherwise you get very little information from management, but they're always nice about it.

We've lived here for about two years and we are happy with the place. The apartment itself is roomy and the building is really quiet, and our neighbors are fine enough. The front office is run through another apartment complex so it is very difficult to get a hold of management/maintenance, but once you do communicate with them they are very pleasant and helpful. They have online pay, and you can submit a work order through the same website, which I have done before. Overall, it's a nice place ...
