Beware living over the garages

Nice looking apts but living over the garages was awful. Who knew people run to fast food for every meal, necessitating the opening and shutting of the garages going and then coming back at any hour? Who knew people open their noisy garages when they are only going to be home a short time and do this all throughout the day when they could simply park in front of it for fifteen minutes? Crazy.
Our sleep suffered greatly living here due to the above and it was very anxiety-provoking to hear people ...
opening and shutting garages when you want to sleep and it's right under you. Some people have no consideration for others and the people most like that will most likely have garages under your apt -- in a 2 bdr. above garages, you have 3 garages under you, one being yours.
If you want to live here, don't live above the garages!
Further, beware your deposit. Even after meticulous cleaning, if all surfaces don't "shine" (I kid you not that is their verbiage), you will be deducted a lot.
We wouldn't recommend living here unless you want to lose much of your deposit due to "shine" issues, and don't choose an apt not over the garages.
