This apartment complex does not have the tenants best interest at heart at all. The staff brush you off to the police instead of notifying tenants that other tenants complain about. This complex is very noisy, if you want peace and quiet this is not for you, so don't get fooled by the gates and the looks. The front desk receptionists have a nasty disposition and attitude, she should not be there. Management sucks.

This is the noisiest and fakely secured place to live. The office staff is Extremely Lazy, the do not have the tenants best interests as long as they fill apartments they can care less about any complaints that they should address immediately. They do not enforce their leases at all and it is sad. It is not as nice of a place to live as one would think. They need new office staff to make sure people are living comfortable here.

My apartment I have moved a few time, the first apartment, got caught on fire, which was building f-3. and when the fire chief, was coming out of my apartment he was laughing so hard, cause only thing was left living was my fish tank it's didn't even get touch. they had to put me into a hotel. Til another apartment was available then they moved to apartment d-5. I am disable- and everything was on one floor. they won't give me a disable apartment. We are gated community because before the new ...
owners took over. they put the gates, up. I don't feel safe, and it's very even with the gates up. you feel like you in prison. seeing is believing.
